Tayo Olatoye~ Irvine Valley College Basketball T.C.A. doesn’t just focus on getting the results you want as an athlete, they also focus on helping make you complete in all realms of your life as a person. After a few months of training I went from a 6’1” 160 lbs. skinny kid with a 27” vertical to a 6’2” 175 lbs. athlete with a 35” vertical. I feel like I can conquer anything both spiritually and physically because of T.C.A.’s training style.
James Sims~ Training for the Police Academy T.C.A. has given me insight on better eating habits and ways to take care of my temple. I’m more empowered physically, mentally, and spiritually. I thank the staff for their patience and understanding. Compared to other trainers I have seen, they work out with you and encourage you all the way. All the techniques taught are simple but the results are AMAZING! I would like to see this program grow to have their own building, so they can reach more souls for Christ. Tonisha Lee~ Lanham Christian Senior Volleyball and Basketball player T.C.A. has helped me grow spiritually, mentally, and physically because it gave me a chance to apply my spiritual walk with the Lord to my love for athletics. The training staff taught me how to respond to game situations and life situations. They also taught me how to increase my mental toughness through training. They helped me to be an effective leader for my volleyball team who went undefeated this year. I would like to see T.C.A. training world–renowned athletes as well and leading them to Christ in the process.
David Leonard~ 2008 Salisbury University graduate training for Pro Day The Complete Athlete is a necessity in my life. The devotions before the workouts have helped me grow as a man of God in training for leadership on and off the field. Just as my Christian walk has improved, so has my body seen changes and advances that I have been trying to reach on my own for the past 8 years. In 5 years or less I want to see all of the high school, college, and pro athletes in the area working with T.C.A.

Princess Dickens- Physical Education Teacher, Liturgical Dancer, wife, and mother T.C.A.’s holistic approach to training increases the effectiveness of every session. I have not only been given the tools necessary to improve physically and mentally; but the devotions have greatly assisted in motivating me to complete the work out and to apply Biblical standards to my life. I love the true Christian fellowship and mentorship. I pray that in less than 5 years T.C.A. will own a training facility and service all athletes who desire to receive Christian discipleship, mentorship, and sports performance training. D'Arcy Millard~ Running Back, Shepherd University T.C.A. has helped me in many ways. The coaches helped me have a better understanding of the Word of God. We read scriptures before training so that we do not forget why we are even able to do what we love to do. Second, I learned to have respect for other people's opinion even when I think I am right. I learned the value of self-confidence and trusting God because the coaches at T.C.A. make sure that with God anything is possible. T.C.A. helped me remember to be a student in everything you wish to pursue. The coaches are always saying to make sure you understand and never stop learning. When you think you know it all, you have lost the battle and the war. My favorite thing they always tell me is that it is up to you to get better. You get what you work for in their program. If you work hard you will get the results you looking for. If you slack you get insufficient results. No matter what, just like in life, it is up to you to make the right choices. T.C.A. points you in the right direction.
