C.A.T. (Complete AthleteTraining) is geared for our scholastic, collegiate, and professional athletes.  It is scientifically proven to increase lean muscle mass, decrease body fat, and improve anaerobic and aerobic strength development in athletes.

What happens when you finish the Foundations Class?

1. Athletes will graduate and with instructor approval will enter the C.A.T. classes

2. Each athlete will be given the contact info of their coach
     • Your instructor can help you with training issues and answer questions
     • Your instructor will contact you if your attendance is slipping
     • Your instructor will motivate you to achieve your goals
     • Your instructor will e-mail you corrective and complimentary exercises to do for homework.

3. Athletes will work through different Heart Rate levels of intensity, and constantly varied functional movements. 
    Athletes are considered fittest when their work capacity increases over a broad period of time meeting the motal demands of their sport. 
    We want all of our athletes to do the "common, uncommonly well."  We also include position specific drills,
    into the athletes’ workout and have speed development classes on Saturday's.

4. C.A.T. classes are 3 month block contracted commitments.
    The classes are paid for on a month-to-month basis in order to help defray the overrall cost at one time. After every three months of
    training the athlete will have a strength and flexibility assessment to check for improvement in overrall strength and body mechanics. 
    These are SERIOUS classes for SERIOUS athletes.  If lack of commitment is evident in payment, attendance, and or assignments. 
    We reserve the right to meet with the athlete (and parent(s) of youth) in a private meeting and discuss what will be the administrative action plan. 

Clients must pay for the month on the due dates and there are NO REFUNDS!
(Unless for extreme emergiences which will be determined by the administrative staff.)

5. In the event of an emergency, clients must call at least 12 hours in advance in order to receive a make up day.
