Cedrick A. Dickens. CSCS, USC is a State Certified Physical Education teacher in Prince George’s County Maryland, a Fellowship of Christian Athletes Associate Representative, a former Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Assistant Football, Track and Field Coach at Riverdale Baptist, a former Howard University Bison Assistant Strength Coach at Howard University and a former Strength Coach for the Track and Field team at Wise High School. He is specially trained and certified in using odd object implementations in strength training programs as an Underground Strength Coach.

Cedrick received his Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology from Howard University and played on the football team as well .  Cedrick also received his CSCS from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is certified through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes to direct or partner with existing programs to run faith based sports camps and is a registered SPARQ trainer. Currently he is working towards a Degree in Christian Leadership from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.
